DISCLAIMER: We are very pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all customers that live within a two-day ground radius of our headquarters in Boston MA! Please reference our service area map. However we know that we have fans that are spread far and wide, if you live outside of this area please contact us and we can arrange a custom order for you!

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST ORDER? 

Due to the need to keep all of our products frozen during shipping we do not ship products over the weekend. If you place your order anytime between Monday and  Wednesday end of day your order will arrive 24 to 48hrs later! Any order that are placed on Thursday or Friday will be sent out the following week. Once shipped orders take between 24-48 hrs to reach their destination. 

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

All of our shipping costs are built into the cost of the product, so you will not pay any extra for shipping once you check out! What you see for a price is what you will pay! 

 

WHY DO YOU ONLY SHIP TO THE NORTHEAST? 

 

Do to the high cost of shipping frozen product and our desire to keep shipping costs low we only ship to a 2-day ground radius of our headquarters in Boston Ma. If we shipping outside of this radius, shipping costs would be very high and the risk of the product reaching its destination in tact would be very low.
