Grateful Thanksgiving Stuffing
Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet. Add Grateful Burgers and mash them up once they are starting to thaw. Cook until browned.
- Add Onion and Celery and cook until soft.
- Add in Chicken broth and bring to a boil. Let simmer for a min.
- Add Pepper Farms Stuffing Mix.
- Mix lightly and serve!
Grateful Chicken Crostini

Prepare your Crostini.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice Baguette on a bias into 1/4" slices.
- Brush both sides with olive oil and season lightly with salt & pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping crostinis halfway through. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Once cooled - gently rub garlic clove on one side of each crostini.

While Crostini is cooling cook Grateful Chicken Burgers
- Spray pan or grill with cooking spray.
- Cook burger flipping periodically until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
- Cut Burgers into 1/6's or 1/8's.
- Top each Crostini with Grateful Chicken burgers and a dollop of goat cheese or creme fraiche.
- Sprinkle with garnish and enjoy!.
Grateful Meatball Bites
Ingredients

Shape defrosted burgers into 12 equal sized balls. Flatten gently.

Coat a medium skillet or grill pan with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook the burgers for approx 4 mins per side until cooked through. Set aside.

Layer each burger on a pickle slice. Top with cheese, then lettuce, then tomato half. Secure each stack with a toothpick. Repeat.

Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or ketchup.
Tortellinni Grateful Meatball Soup
Ingredients
Grateful Chicken Burgers
Onion
Carrot
Celery
Garlic
Tomato Paste
Kale
Chicken Broth
Tortellini
Spices
-salt, pepper, red pepper flakes & Italian seasoning.
Cooking Instructions
1. Sauté chopped onion, carrot, celery, and garlic in some olive oil until tender.
2. Add 2 tbs tomato paste and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add chopped and de-stemmed kale.
4. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.
5. Pour in 4 cups chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
6. Form Grateful burger patties into mini meatballs and drop into broth. Boil for about 5-7 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
7. Add a package of store bought tortellini to the soup and boil until tortellini are cooked.
8. Serve in a big bowl with an optional sprinkling of Parmesan and a chunk of crusty bread!
Grateful Chicken Salad Bowl
Ingredients
1-2 Grateful Chicken Burger
1 Bag Mixed Greens
3oz Bacon
3oz Broccoli
3oz Brussel Sprouts
1 Avocado
Cooking Instructions

Cook Grateful Burgers on skillet, or grill. Coat cooking surface cooking spray. Cook burger until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Flipping burgers every 5 mins or so.

Cook bacon in skillet, set aside. Leave some bacon grease in skillet.

Add Brussel sprouts to skillet and cook until brown and crispy.

Saute or steam broccoli.

Prepare avocado and mixed greens.

Combine in a bowl and toss with favorite hot sauce or salad dressing.
Grateful Meat Sauce

Cook Original Grateful Burger.
- Spray pan or grill with cooking spray.
- Cook burger flipping periodically for 2 mins.
- Mash burger once thawed into a ground meat consistency.
- Add onions & garlic, sauté for 5-10 mins.
- Add tomato sauce.
- Serve over favorite pasta & enjoy!
Grateful Chicken Tacos

Cook Grateful Chicken Burger
- Spray pan or grill with cooking spray.
- Cook burger flipping periodically until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Set aside.

Prepare your taco ingredients.
- Two 6"soft taco shells.
- Salsa (we prefer spicy), chop cilantro, slice lime, wash bean sprouts and red cabbage.
- Cut burger in half. Place each half in soft shell taco.
- Top tacos with desired ingredients and garnish.
